Licensed Social Worker or Counselor
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW),Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team at a respected outpatient behavioral health organization in Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of behavioral health needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines, state regulations, and CARF standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold a current and valid LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
