*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Supervise HR staff and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA.
- Manage performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Utilize HR software systems such to streamline HR functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Proficiency in HR software systems.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and performance management processes.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
