Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Schedule & Training
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
Training: 35 classroom days 8 days of nesting

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist with billing, payments, outages, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Navigate multiple systems and document customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1 year of call center/customer service experience.
- 1 year of work-from-home experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Must pass background and credit checks.
- Must reside in an approved U.S. state.
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- Hard-wired internet connection; wireless, satellite, and hotspots are not permitted.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
- Smart device required.
