Job Title: Material Handler

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our client’s team in Kenosha! In this role, you’ll help prepare, package, and ship products safely and efficiently. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for shipment manually or using powered equipment (pallet jack, reach truck, etc.).
- Package customer products efficiently and accurately under the guidance of the Line Lead and Quality Lead.
- Follow all company and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and immediately report any noncompliance.
- Conduct pre-operation safety checks and document findings before using equipment.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Use pick sheets, work orders, or electronic systems to locate, move, and distribute products.
- Select and stage products following FIFO (First In, First Out) and other company guidelines.
- Count and verify materials for accuracy before shipment — goal is zero errors.
- Replenish stock in pick locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (“clean as you go” policy).
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, vest, and hard hat).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
