Join Our Team as a Production Facility Maintenance Technician!

If you're tired of dealing with outdated equipment and duct tape solutions, it’s time to make the switch! We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance / Electrical PLC Technician to join our Carson City team and help transform our facility with state-of-the-art equipment and innovative processes.
As part of our team, you’ll be involved in every phase of our exciting project—from the initial build-out and planning stages to the live operations. This is your opportunity to work with the latest tech in a high-performing environment!
Schedule :
Monday - Friday NIGHTS 8pm - 4 : 30am, OT as needed
What You'll Do :
Play a key role in managing controls and automation systems for our production lines.
Assist with PLC & HMI programming and troubleshooting.
Support the installation, maintenance, and testing of industrial equipment.
Work alongside a collaborative team to optimize plant performance and ensure operational excellence.
Maintain safety while working around moving machinery (mixers, conveyors, forklifts).
Contribute to reliability programs that keep our operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in a fast-paced production environment, preferably in the Food Industry .
Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining automated industrial machinery .
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting with Allen-Bradley systems.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings , P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.
Experience with industrial communication networks (Ethernet, Remote I / O, DeviceNet).
Ability to perform PID loop tuning and instrument calibration.
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and basic motor control circuits.
Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge is a plus.
