Shifts & Pay
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — $24.00/hr (OT to start at 4am)
- Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $26.40/hr (OT after shift)
- Overtime and Saturdays required
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components using torque screwdrivers & hand tools
- Follow wiring diagrams and work orders accurately
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on a 6 ft. step ladder
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with material handling
- Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Perform minor repairs or adjustments
- Help train new operators and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
- Comfortable with overtime and Saturdays
- Experience with torque screwdrivers & hand tools
- Not afraid of working on a 6-foot step ladder
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Electro-mechanical assembly experience a plus
