Job Title: PCB Manufacturing OperatorLocation: 2700 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95134Pay Rate: $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)Category: Manufacturing & ProductionJob PurposeWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our DES (Develop, Etch, and Strip) department. This role involves operating and maintaining a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines used in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs).ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in the DES line.Run the develop, etch, and strip processes according to established procedures.Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.Complete all required checklists, logs, and production paperwork accurately.Follow process sheets or supervisor instructions to perform assigned tasks.Inspect products to verify conformance with specifications and tolerances.Enter production data and job information into the Oracle system.Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry preferred.Prior Sanmina experience or familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 80%) of the shift.Comfortable working with machinery and chemicals.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required by production needs.Basic computer and data entry skills required.Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.ScheduleDay Shift (Full-time)Overtime and weekends as neededPay & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate: $19 – $23 per hour (DOE)Opportunities for growth and advancementComprehensive benefits package (if applicable)Company DescriptionAt Balance Staffing, we continuously commit to our four key values: Passion, Authenticity, Agility, and Tenacity.
