About the Job:
Balance staffing have partnered with an exciting auto tech company to find an HR Manager to join them on a temp/temp-hire basis. The role will work on-site in Grapevine.
The HR Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our company’s core objectives and values. This role encompasses managing all facets of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong grasp of HR best practices and a passion for cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and career development.
- Conduct regular check-ins and stay interviews to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Performance Management:
- Work with managers to ensure consistent and fair evaluation of employee performance and development of growth plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and support career advancement.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to promote continuous learning and professional development..
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in a technology or high-growth company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology company.
