What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator (Entry Level) position at Balance Staffing- Call Center?
Nature of Duties:
- Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic SMT machines used in production
- Work from process sheets and written instructions provided by the supervisor
- Check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances
- Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements; report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions
- Properly handle and dispose of all waste, including hazardous waste, as directed by applicable SOPs
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience as a Machine Operator (at least 6 months)
