We proudly serve clients through in-person, hybrid, and telehealth services. In-person and hybrid opportunities are available at our offices in Hunt Valley, Overlea/Nottingham, Bel Air, and Salisbury, Maryland. We provide telehealth services throughout Maryland, as well as school-based mental health services in Baltimore County and Harford County Public Schools.

Therapist Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy.
- Provide clinically appropriate therapy services to children and adolescents.
- Complete psychosocial assessments.
- Develop and update person-centered treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation for all sessions.
- Document all services through our cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate.
- Provide services in accordance with professional standards

Requirements
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Current active Maryland licensure that authorizes the provision of mental health treatment.
- Previous psychotherapy experience in a community-based setting is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check and any other required pre-employment screenings is required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
