We seek energetic, community-minded PTs and PTA’s (full-time or part-time) with original ideas about providing hands-on service as special and unique as the patients we serve. As a member of our collaborative clinical team, you’ll have the opportunity to treat a wide variety of diagnoses (post-surgical and non-surgical) in an outpatient setting, working together in an environment that has a profound and positive impact on the lives of everyone we treat. Our PT positions offer an extremely competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to:

• Salary range: $95,000-$102,000 (depending on experience and production capacity)
• Annual production bonus incentives structure and/or student-loan reimbursements
• Annual marketing bonus incentive structure

• Con-ed benefits
• 5 days of con-ed PTO
• $2,000 annual con-ed tuition
• Annual professional-level subscription to MedBridge for unlimited continuing education
• Accrued roll-over PTO, increases with years spent with the company (up to 4 weeks)
• Years 0-2: 2 weeks PTO with a max accrual of 4 weeks
• Years 3-4: 3 weeks PTO with a max accrual of 6 weeks
• Year 5: 4 weeks of PTO with a max accrual of 8 weeks
• Safe-harbor 401-K retirement plan (4% match)
• Flexible scheduling, depending on clinic needs.
  

Our future team member must possess a license in good standing to practice or have PTLA status in California, and they must be able to work with a variety of patients and co-workers in a dynamic environment consisting of PT/PTA’s, massage therapists, aides, and post-discharge gym members. Perhaps most importantly, the perfect candidate will possess a positive, healthy attitude, and take pride in their work and in our shared profession.
