Our PT positions offer an extremely competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to:
- Salary range: $95,000-$102,000 (depending on experience and production capacity)
- Annual production bonus incentives structure and/or student-loan reimbursements
- Annual marketing bonus incentive structure

- 5 days of con-ed PTO
- $2,000 annual con-ed tuition

- Accrued roll-over PTO, increases with years spent with the company (up to 4 weeks)
- Years 0-2: 2 weeks PTO with a max accrual of 4 weeks
- Years 3-4: 3 weeks PTO with a max accrual of 6 weeks
- Year 5: 4 weeks of PTO with a max accrual of 8 weeks
