Position Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist in St. George, Utah, who will review team checklists across the company, ensure standards are upheld, and identify improvements that can be made each month.
What You’ll Do:
Examine each checklist thoroughly and promptly to verify whether or not department standards are being upheld
Validate all checklists that are assigned to you
Complete call and chat evaluations
Provide instruction on how to improve checklists that are not up to standard
Train new management of other areas about checklists, call evaluations, and guidelines
Maintain excellent communication with all departments
Uphold all company policies
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in marketing
Experience in training others
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to correct and confront people and situations
Professionalism in both appearance and interactions with others
Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations well
Compassion and empathy
Well-organized approach and a detail-oriented eye
Proficiency in Google Workspace
