Position Overview:
Located in Hildale, Utah, we are looking for a full-time and on-site Production Specialist (Encapsulation) to join our high-performance manufacturing team. In this role, you aren’t just a button-pusher; you are a technical operator responsible for the efficiency, quality, and mechanical integrity of our machinery.
You will routinely operate, disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and stage the encapsulation and capsule polisher machines.
What you will do:
Working in tandem with a Lead Operator, you will ensure the seamless production of high-quality dietary supplements in a sterile, cGMP-compliant environment.
Assist in operating and monitoring encapsulation machines to ensure a consistent flow of product and zero downtime.
Disassemble and reassemble machine components for cleaning, performance adjustments, and minor repairs using common hand tools.
Inspect capsules for compliance, segregate non-conforming materials, and ensure all products meet strict weight and seal specifications.
Maintain accurate batch records, quality metrics, and daily production reports in accordance with 21 CFR Part 111 and FDA regulations.
Prepare auxiliary equipment and the encapsulation suite for production; maintain a "clean-as-you-go" sterile workspace.
Act as a vital link between the production floor and the Team Lead to ensure machines remain running and targets are met.
What we prefer you to bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or an FDA-regulated industry is a significant plus.
Must be 18 years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for 8–12 hours.
You are on time every time, dependable, and possess reliable transportation.
You are a calm, data-driven problem solver who is detail-oriented.

Pay: Hourly, $19 - $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
