Job Summary:
Are you passionate about helping others learn and succeed? As an Onboarding Trainer at Balance of Nature, you’ll play a key role in preparing new hires for success by teaching them our policies, procedures, and technical skills.
This in-person role is based in our Hurricane, Utah office, where you’ll guide team members through hands-on training, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure each candidate is fully prepared to thrive in their new role.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a welcoming and uplifting environment
Teach and deliver training daily
Record observations for each trainee
Send daily reports and updates to the team lead
Update all trackers regularly
Enforce the Training Course Room Rules and Expectations
Conduct candidate corrections when needed
Organize candidate documents and files, and turn them into the Training Manager
Attend a Shipping Drill with trainees in Hurricane on a weekly basis
Check the training tracker daily and ensure all tasks are verified and up-to-date
Observe, conduct, and sign off on drills and role-plays with the trainees
Understand and have knowledge of all BON products
Attend all meetings early
Check all communications and respond in a timely manner
Complete all tasks assigned to you by their due date
Constantly learn by taking advantage of all the trainings available to improve your communication and management abilities
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability and willingness to learn new things with an open mind
Basic computer skills
Ability to maintain standards, policies, quotas, and expectations without compromise
Preferred Skills:
Extremely detail-oriented
Google Workspace competency
Public speaking experience
Training experience
Ability to maintain confidence and focus in a classroom setting
Professional in appearance and interactions with others
Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations well
Ability to adapt and adjust to ensure each group has the highest quality of training
Ability to use emotional intelligence to connect with and motivate trainees

Pay: $17-$18 per hour Commission & Bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
