Position Overview:
Are you a high-energy leader with a "self-employed" mentality and a passion for precision? We are seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our demand planning, production scheduling, and logistics units in Hildale, Utah.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily team meetings to set priorities and assign tasks.
Conduct training sessions on warehouse processes, safety, and cGMP standards.
Ensure all dietary supplement components, finished products, and labels are stored per 21 CFR Part 111 and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain 100% accuracy in records; conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies using FIFO/FEFO methodologies.
Inspect facilities for damage or pest infestation; ensure a 2-foot exterior wall clearance is maintained at all times.
Oversee the production schedule and logistics units to ensure fulfillment goals are met.
Manage the movement of products to customers; complete all Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork and manage received inventory packets.
Safely operate and maintain forklift certification (or obtain upon hire) and pallet jacks.
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably within a cGMP-regulated industry
Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to repeatedly lift 60 lbs
An attention to detail
Experience with inventory management and receiving materials

Pay: Hourly, $19 - $24 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
