Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone who wants to take full responsibility for client success, build real relationships with high-level accounts, and directly drive growth for both our clients and our company.
In this role, you’ll be the strategic link between our operations and our clients—designing account strategies, solving problems fast, and delivering a level of service that keeps clients coming back and growing with us.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement account strategies that drive client retention, profitability, and hospitality.
Leadership & Team Development: Oversee schedules, payroll, and performance metrics. Conduct training and provide coaching to help team members flourish.
Operational Oversight: Use CRM tools (HighLevel) and internal trackers to monitor client success, analyze statistics, and identify strengths and weaknesses.
Marketing & Promotions: Oversee client sales, publications, and newsletters, ensuring all marketing efforts align with ShipIt’s brand standards.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for client issues, finding quick, effective solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal areas to ensure seamless client transitions and service delivery.

Pay: Salary, $48,000 - $52,000 bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
