Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Benefits Specialist who thrives in a people-centered role and enjoys making a difference through education, organization, and communication. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for all things benefits, ensuring our team members feel informed, supported, and confident about their options.
What You’ll Do
As a Benefits Specialist, you will:
Serve as the main point of contact for all team member benefit inquiries.
Respond to questions in person, via text, or by email within 48 hours.
Present and explain benefits during New Hire Training, 90-day check-ins, and monthly presentations.
Create and distribute educational materials to ensure benefits are clearly communicated and accessible.
Maintain and update the Benefits FAQ, and share information weekly through email and company newsletters.
Track benefit utilization and maintain the Employee Product Discount Tracker.
Process and monitor time-off requests according to company policy and accruals.
Assist with onboarding by creating accounts for new hires and supporting benefit enrollment.
Build strong relationships across departments and maintain an up-tone, positive presence within the company.
