DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of customer service while maximizing the client’s athletic ability.
- In addition to an excellent knowledge of programming and professional instruction, Balance Gym trainers provide personalized attention and motivation for every client.
- Responsible for being up to date on fitness trends and popular classes/programs
- Capable of recommending and implementing new and innovative techniques in training
QUALIFICATIONS
- Balance Gym trainers must be energetic and have a passion for providing the best possible training experience to the client.
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification
- College degree preferred
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous personal training experience (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
