What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support day-to-day operations across Administrative, Customer Service, and Production teams
- Assist with managing project files, including data entry, documentation handling, and task tracking
- Help coordinate communication between internal teams and clients through various systems
- Review incoming information for completeness at a high level and assist in routing tasks appropriately
- Participate in workflow execution to help ensure projects move efficiently through the system
- Provide general support to team members and management as needed
- Exposure to real business operations within a structured, process-driven environment
- Experience working with CRM systems and project management workflows
- Understanding of how construction and insurance restoration projects are managed
