Role Description The Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This position manages mass tort case files from intake through resolution, including organizing documents, maintaining accurate case records, and tracking key deadlines. The Case Manager communicates regularly with clients, provides case updates, collects necessary information, and coordinates with attorneys and other team members to support case strategy. Daily tasks include reviewing and summarizing medical and legal records, preparing forms and correspondence, and facilitating the movement of cases through various stages of litigation. The role also involves maintaining database entries, monitoring calendar events, and ensuring that all case-related information is complete, current, and compliant with firm procedures.
