What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Hauler position at Bakken Brothers?
Good Day Gentlemen,
We are in a position where we are looking to bring on a few new additions to the team. We believe we are some of the best to work for in the Bakken therefore we are extremely selective in who we bring on to the team. Below are all the reasons why.
Our guys are making anywhere between 12,000-18,000 a month. We pay 30% of what the truck grosses with an incentive structure allowing you to make 40%. Along with that we also pay weekly.
All of our work is within the killdeer area meaning you’ll always be close to home, won’t have to deal with any crazy hills, and will be able to enjoy nice smooth roads unlike lease roads like 17.
Weather you are a kenworth guy or prefer a Pete you will have your choice of the truck you’ll be driving. We do not slip seat all of our trucks are sleepers and deleted meaning you won’t have to deal with going into regen
Come and go as you please. We allow our drivers to pick any home time schedule that works for them. As long as we find one that works for you it will work for us.
We have a full time mechanic shop with a service service truck meaning if a truck breaks down we get it up and running right away. Even if it’s an extensive repair we have stand by trucks you are more than welcome to hop into so you can keep making money.
We really care about our business and the people who work for us. We understand none of this would be possible without you therefore we treat our people very well, it’s not uncommon for us to throw 1,000$ on your check just because you’re doing such a great job.
