Junior Account Manager

Bakkafrost is one of the world’s leading salmon farming companies, and we are raising probably the best salmon in the world. We have opened a brand-new facility in Wayne NJ, and we are expanding our sales team.

You will be a part of a small sales team that works closely with our customers, production, and logistics in NJ. We offer a very dynamic, fast paced environment and a flat hierarchy.

Duties include:

· Support key account managers by managing a portfolio of smaller accounts and providing exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage customer expectations.

· Visit customers on sales calls

· Some travelling can be expected, both nationally and internationally

Qualifications:

The right candidate for us has the following qualifications

· 1-2 years of sales experience

· Bachelor education in business, marketing or similar

· Good communications skills

· Able to communicate fluently in English, verbally and written.

· Other language skills are an advantage

· IT skills on user level - Microsoft Suite

· Driver’s license

We expect you to be driven, people oriented, proactive, positive, to be able to work in teams and to take on accounts on your own.

We have recently moved into a brand-new processing facility with new offices in Wayne NJ.

In Bakkafrost USA, we are importing, processing, and distributing fresh and frozen Atlantic Salmon for foodservice and retail, mainly in the tristate area. In Wayne NJ, we are operating a processing facility and own trucks for distribution.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
