Must be available Tuesday through Saturday, 2:45 am to 10:30 am. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be reliable. In this role, you will assist in donut preparation, bakery preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment in a timely manner. Must be able to follow and execute directions and procedures, work quickly and work on your own. Must be able to acquire a food handlers permit within one week of hire. Must be a fast learner and pass a common sense test! Your dedication will contribute to delivering high-quality products that excite and satisfy our customers. Duties
- Assist with food preparation including making donuts from scratch, frying donuts, mixing and assembling baked goods in a timely manner.
- Decorate donuts and desserts with precision and creativity to meet bakery specifications.
- Support food safety protocols by following proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Help with general kitchen duties such as cleaning equipment, utensils, dishes and workstations.
- Contribute to food production processes ensuring timely delivery of fresh items for daily sales or catering events
- Whatever is needed.
