Baker/Cake Decorator – Small Retail Bakery (Santa Fe, NM)
We’re a small, locally-owned cake/cookie shop in Santa Fe looking for a part to full-time baker to join our growing team!
What We’re Looking For:
- We are looking for leaders! Someone who takes pride in working hard and notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked.
- Someone dependable, quick, detail-oriented, and LOVES baking
- Extensive baking experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
- A positive, upbeat team player who takes pride in their work
- Someone who wants to be a part of a growing community business with BIG plans for the future.
- "Not My Job" mentalities need not apply--we work as a team and help wherever is needed!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake cakes, cookies, and other treats
- Cookie dough making and scooping
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Support daily retail shop operations as needed-Jump onto the register during operating hours to help customers on occasion!
*This can be a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career. Pay is not solely based on prior experience and will increase quickly for those who excel in the role.*
