What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Worker position at Bakery CLT?
We're looking for a dependable team member to help with overnight bakery production on Friday and Saturday nights (option to bake at 5AM Saturday and Sundays), with the possibility of additional shifts during the week as we grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Rolling and shaping dough.
- Helping with general bakery prep and production
What we're looking for:
- Someone who can be on their feet for several hours
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items
- Enjoys hands-on work and doesn't mind getting a little floury
- Reliable, hardworking, and shows up when they say they will
- Bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is helpful, but not required
This is a physically active role in a fast-paced bakery environment. We'll train the right person—what matters most is a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
