Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy

Develop and manage Bakery Bling’s overall marketing strategy and brand voice

Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, packaging, and promotions

Identify growth opportunities through campaigns, partnerships, and promotions
Digital & Social Media

Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Oversee photo/video content showcasing products, launches, and behind-the-scenes moments

Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and conversions
Campaigns & Promotions

Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers

Coordinate influencer collaborations, giveaways, and brand partnerships

Support email, SMS, and loyalty marketing initiatives
Analytics & Performance

Monitor KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI

Analyze customer insights and trends to guide future campaigns

Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications:
Qualifications
