The ideal Sanitation Technician candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of our food production facility to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold our commitment to producing safe and high-quality food products.

Shift Times:
- 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday AND 4:00pm-4:00am Saturday, Off Wednesday
What you will do as a Sanitation Technician:
- Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment, machinery, and conveyors following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, including cleaning logs, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance records.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or sanitation role preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
