Baker Tilly is currently seeking International Tax Interns for 2027.

Our interns gain knowledge of the firm's tax Advisory practices through working with multiple clients across a variety of industries.

International Tax Interns assist multinational clients and high net worth individuals by performing transactional and functional analysis, transfer pricing analysis, US domestic and foreign tax planning, sourcing of income and foreign credit planning, research on international tax consulting and compliance issues, and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

• Currently enrolled or pursuing abachelor's degree program inAccountingor a related business discipline from an accredited institution.
• JD/LLM or Masters of Taxation preferred

• Must haveat least one academic termremainingfollowing completion of the internship.

Experience

No prior professional experience isrequired.Previousinternship,academic,leadership, volunteer, customer service, or other relevant experienceanddemonstratedinterest in accounting,orprofessional servicesarepreferred.

Certifications / Licensure

Required:

• For accounting majors, on track to meet the educational requirements for CPA exam eligibility prior to the start ofafull-time Associate position.

• Candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A resume and unofficial transcript(s) arerequiredas part of the application process.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Foundationalaccounting knowledgedeveloped through academic coursework.

• Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and document findings clearly and accurately.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, workarrangementsand geographic location. Baker Tilly offersacomprehensive compensation and benefits packageto eligible employees.

In Seattle, WA: pay rate range is $28.75to $96.60

In California: pay rate range is $27.50to $109.20

In New York City: pay rate range is $31.25 to $105.00
In Washington DC: pay rate range is $30.00to $100.80

The national pay rate range is $25.00to $84.00
