Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple clients
- Files sales tax returns for clients
- Prepare monthly general ledgers
- Assist payroll and bookkeeping teams as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Prior experience with payroll and/or bookkeeping is a plus
