As a member of the coaching team, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Entrepreneur Connection team dedicated to providing resources, education, and connection to capital to entrepreneurs looking to build a successful business and improve their financial well-being to advance BakerRipley’s impact in the Houston region.
Expected Positive Outcomes

● Under the direction of the Program manager, the Small Business Coach will provide technical assistance, which includes coaching, advising and supporting local small businesses. Builds relationships with entrepreneurs to assist them with action planning and any needs that are within our services. Also supporting them through resources within other agency programs or with outside partners. |
