Program Team Supervisor – RESEA
Position Summary
The Program Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and regulatory compliance for the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program. This role supervises team members conducting reemployment assessments for Unemployment Insurance (UI) claimants and ensures the accuracy of eligibility verification, documentation, Individual Employment Plan (IEP) development, and required follow-up activities. The Program Team Supervisor supports high-quality customer service while maintaining program integrity and compliance with federal and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Compliance
- Supervise RESEA Associates to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program-specific requirements.
- Review UI eligibility determinations for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy.
- Ensure claimant interviews, assessments, and IEPs meet established program standards.
- Identify and address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
Staff Coaching & Development
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and feedback meetings.
- Provide corrective training and professional development support to improve staff performance.
- Support workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor case notes, IEP quality, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all documentation is entered into Work in Texas (WIT) timely, accurately, and in accordance with program guidelines.
- Prepare for quality reviews, audits, and monitoring visits as required.
Customer Engagement
- Oversee follow-up procedures to minimize missed appointments and incomplete activities.
- Support claimant engagement strategies to ensure timely completion of program milestones.
- Promote a customer-focused approach while maintaining program requirements and eligibility standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
