You’ll review documentation for accuracy, calculate parent cost share, and maintain precise data entry across systems like TWIST and FACS, all while upholding rigorous quality standards of 95% or higher. Known for delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll build strong relationships, resolve concerns efficiently, and support eligibility processes including enrollments, recertifications, and status updates. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience
2 years - Must be in Intake Eligibility Specialist role for 2 years
