- Assist Immigration team with all aspects of holistic legal services including: assisting with legal case work, social services and supporting collaborative immigration hotlines.
- Manage and maintain social service cases to facilitate connection of various services provided by BakerRipley and partner agencies.
- Provide trauma informed support in collaboration with legal staff during Asylum Orientations and legal consultations.
- Conduct client assessments to discuss goals and determine eligibility for identified social service need.
- Attend community fairs, meetings, and other events to connect with community and partners about program resources.
- Contribute to the organization and implementation of large-scale workshops that will inform and engage members of the community seeking legal immigration advise.
- Assist in the development of the organization's strategy for connecting clients of a particular department to BakerRipley's broader continuum of services.
- Identify connection opportunities for specific program participants and help them leverage relevant services provided by BakerRipley and, as applicable, our partners.
