Key Responsibilities
Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Team Leadership: Serve as the lead technician on-site, managing service calls efficiently, and ensuring work complies with high professional standards.
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for the retail store management, communicating repairs, recommendations, and system statuses with utmost professionalism.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital service logs, parts tracking, and work orders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Verified years of residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience.
Certifications: Universal EPA Certification is strictly required.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, reading schematics, mechanical repairs, and low/medium-temp refrigeration cycles.
License: Journeyman Refrigeration License and valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Availability: Full-time availability with participation in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency retail service requests.
