Qualifications / Needed Experience
4–6 years of labor and employment law experience, including hands on employment litigation involving state and federal claims including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and similar state claims.
This position is in Columbus, though the successful candidate must be willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications / Needed Experience
4–6 years of labor and employment law experience, including hands on employment litigation involving state and federal claims including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and similar state claims.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment statutes.
- Experience with case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and hearings.
- Ability to provide counseling and day to day employment advice to clients.
- Traditional labor experience in the private sector, including collective bargaining negotiations, NLRB unfair labor practice and representation matters grievance handling, and arbitration representation and briefing.
- Superior attention to detail, exceptional research and writing ability, and outstanding communication skills.
- Representing clients in grievance arbitration hearings and NLRB unfair labor practice and representation proceedings as second chair.
- Supporting collective bargaining negotiations.
- Advising clients concerning union organizing campaigns.
- Researching and analyzing activity potentially protected by the NLRA including work stoppages.
- Preparing and presenting management training on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
- Collaborating with a national team of labor attorneys on complex matters.
