- Experience in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in Civil Engineering fundamentals
- Strong Project Management abilities to manage schedules, budgets, and team coordination
- Knowledge in Water Resource Management, including planning and implementation of related projects
- Clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
