Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee and manage commercial insurance accounts with accuracy and attentiveness to ensure utmost client satisfaction.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their unique commercial insurance requirements.
Policy Renewal: Coordinate the renewal process by preparing necessary documentation and communicating with clients to ensure seamless transitions.
Problem Resolution: Tackle any issues or complaints proactively to maintain client trust and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of all client interactions, policies, and other relevant information for easy referencing and compliance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other internal teams to fulfill client requests accurately and promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Update and enhance your knowledge of the insurance industry trends to provide informed advice and support for clients.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in insurance account management or a related role is a plus.
Licensing: Active Missouri Property & Casualty License is a plus, but we can assist with licensing..
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues promptly.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
