Duties
- Assist with the excavation, trenching, and backfilling of underground utility lines using hand tools and machinery under supervision.
- Support the installation of pipes, conduits, and other utility components according to project plans and safety standards.
- Help with site preparation, including setting up barriers, signage, and safety equipment to protect workers and the public.
- Conduct routine inspections of work sites to identify hazards or issues and report them promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
