Accountant
Our client is seeking a temporary accounting professional to join their team. The role will involve compiling data and preparing a variety of reports. The accountant is responsible for the accounting practices of the company, including reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements
- Assist with preparing the annual budget
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and distribution of monthly financial statements
- Match and verify cash expenses
- Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of experience in accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
