Successful candidates will have:
Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Healthcare Management or Finance related degree
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills required
Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills
Outstanding academic performance
Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization

Be available to travel as needed for client projects
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

The pay rate range for this job position is $78,000 to $109,960. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
