Psychologist - PsyPact or eligible

Baker Street Behavioral Health is committed to working with and providing the highest quality care to individuals in need of psychological services. Therapists will work as part of our concierge practice, servicing patients, their employees, and families who are in need of psychological care.

This position is hybrid with NJ offices in Paramus, Cedar Grove, Fair Lawn and Flemington. Baker Street is seeing patients across the country and we are looking for clinicians licensed for telehealth in other states.

Clinician Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective therapeutic services and be knowledgeable of current techniques
• Accurately evaluates and efficiently identifies strengths and needs
• Effectively communicates information in verbal and written forms
• Observes and assess patient's progress and prepare detailed reports in a timely manner
• Completes written work relevant to evaluation, therapy, and patient coordination in a timely manner
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort

About you:

• Hold a valid license to practice independently in NJ (PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience treating first responders and trauma
• LCADC with substance abuse treatment experience, a plus
• Have current malpractice coverage
• Able to treat a range of ages, abilities, and disorders that present in adulthood
• Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to independently implement programming
• Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations
