The Opportunity
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of Baker SoftWash in your market - building relationships, growing accounts, and closing deals with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, and contractors. This is a true outside sales role built for someone who thrives in the field, loves the hunt, and knows how to nurture long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
-Prospect and develop new residential and commercial accounts within your assigned territory
-Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, contractors, real estate professionals, and HOAs
-Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling proposals tailored to each customer’s needs
-Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Represent Baker SoftWash at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
-Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
-Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline activity, and account history in CRM
What We’re Looking For
-2 years of outside sales or B2B/B2C field sales experience (experience in exterior services, construction, or home services a plus)
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
-Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory with minimal supervision
-Strong communicator - confident presenting to both homeowners and executive-level decision-makers
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Passion for building relationships and delivering a great customer experience
