This immersive program provides exposure to all aspects of the roofing and construction business through a blend of field training, technical instruction, and management shadowing. Interns will gain practical experience while exploring potential career paths as a Construction Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, or related roles.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the internship, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of roofing systems and construction processes through hands-on field experience and technical training.
• Apply problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in both field and office environments to support successful project execution.
• Identify and prepare for a career path within construction management, gaining insight into roles such as Construction Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, or Superintendent through direct mentorship and shadowing.
  
  

RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a college program or a recent graduate (business, construction management, or related fields a plus)
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment exceeding 75 pounds
• Remove and set ladders safely to access roofs
• Ability to climb ladders, stairways, and scaffolding
