- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of roofing systems and construction processes through hands-on field experience and technical training.
- Apply problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in both field and office environments to support successful project execution.
- Identify and prepare for a career path within construction management, gaining insight into roles such as Construction Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, or Superintendent through direct mentorship and shadowing.
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in a college program or a recent graduate (business, construction management, or related fields a plus)
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Driver's License: Required
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to perform general physical activities in construction areas
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions in order to accomplish work
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Ability to use oral or written communication to convey information effectively
- Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Observance of performance of yourself, coworkers, or organization to make improvements or take corrective action

- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment exceeding 75 pounds
- Remove and set ladders safely to access roofs
- Ability to climb ladders, stairways, and scaffolding
