Mold Restoration Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, specifically in fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. This role involves working on-site to restore properties affected by various types of damage, ensuring that they are cleaned and restored to their original condition. The Restoration Technician will utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Perform fire restoration services, including cleaning and restoring affected areas.
• Conduct water damage restoration tasks, ensuring thorough drying and dehumidification.
• Execute mold remediation processes to eliminate hazardous materials safely.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various restoration tasks.
• Carry out carpet cleaning and other cleaning services as required.
• Assist with asbestos abatement procedures when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire restoration techniques and water damage restoration processes.
• Familiarity with mold remediation practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
