Baker Pool & Spa has been a trusted name in pool and spa care for over 50 years. As demand for robotic pool cleaner repair work continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving.

This is not a desk job.

This is a role for someone who likes to fix things, stay active, and work with their hands.

What You’ll Do

Part-Time Focus:

• Diagnose and repair robotic pool cleaners (Dolphin and other brands)
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Maintain organized work area and parts inventory
  
  
  

Full-Time Opportunity (Based on Ability):

• Assist with hot tub maintenance and service routes
• Support showroom operations and customer service
• Help with product handling, setup, and store tasks
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
• Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot problems
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in an active, hands-on work environment
  
  
  

Experience with repairs or technical work is helpful, but not required.

We will train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move 50–75 lb equipment regularly
• Active, on-your-feet work environment
