- Engage with residents in activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life.
- Documentation and record-keeping of care provided and observations as required.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid CNA or HHA certification required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Previous experience in an assisted living or long-term care facility is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
