About the Position

A successful Tax Senior on our Transaction Advisory Services team will be a team player with a depth of knowledge in tax compliance and an interest in Mergers and Acquisitions. This individual will be responsible for analyzing terms sheets and related legal documents; reviewing financial models and analysis to assist in conducting tax advisory and structuring services; conducting buy side and sell side tax due diligence; and other tax related transaction services engagements

Education and Experience
- Three or more years of experience in taxation with a public accounting firm
- Masters or other form of 150 college credit hours with requisite accounting related courses (Bachelor’s degrees may be considered in some situations)
- CPA certificate or advanced professional degree preferred
