Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience inspecting fire sprinkler systems
- Fire Pump Testing
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and 25 inspection, testing, and maintenance requirements
- Ability to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Experience completing inspection reports and required documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- NICET certification is preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
- Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly
- Identify deficiencies and communicate findings to customers and management
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
