Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN, for an Account Strategist. The Account Strategist will collaborate with clients to create and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to their business goals. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing projects. The individual will serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong professional relationships and identifying opportunities to optimize and grow client initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Project Management skills to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution
- Exceptional Communication and Sales skills for fostering relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe, Meta, MailChimp, and Google, is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site work environment
