We're looking for a seasoned Senior Employment Law Attorney with 8 years of experience to join our Denver team.
💼 What You'll Do:
You'll manage employment matters from start to finish — advising clients on workplace disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, non-compete agreements, and more. You'll handle everything from strategy and counseling through litigation and trial when it gets there.
💰 Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience, with OTE up to $270,000 through our performance-based bonus program. Our incentive structure is transparent, tiered, and designed to reward attorneys who perform — not just bill.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
• 8 years of employment law experience
• Litigation and/or trial experience strongly preferred
• Active Colorado Bar license required
• Someone who thrives on complex workplace matters and client relationships
